FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS
Dense nutrition where you can do more with less. Typically, if you are pushing your show lamb to achieve more condition and bulk, feed at a rate of 2 to 3 pounds per head per day, depending on age and weight, with younger lambs being closer to the 2/2.5#s per head per day.
For more mature, heavier conditioned lambs, feed at a rate of 1 to 2 pounds per head per day.
When feeding as a creep feed: Offer free choice starting when lambs are 10 to 14 days of age.
